PSA offer a variety of services depending on the value of the card, speed of turnaround and minimum order quantities.

How to prepare and send your cards for grading:
Download the correct submission form. Please note for each service there is a Category 1 (for English Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Sports) and Category 2 (for non English Pokemon, Lorcana, One Piece, Yugioh etc)
You cannot submit sports cards TCG Bulk
All cards need to be placed in soft clear penny sleeves and semi rigids.
If you do not have semi rigids we will replace your toploaders with semi rigids at €0.20 each
Place your cards in the order that you have them on your submission form
Place your cards in between two larger pieces of sturdy cardboard. Use bubblewrap or other packaging material to make sure the cards do not move in the box
Include your submission form (without a submission form we cannot process your cards)

Payments
The grading costs are paid in advance. This can be done when submitting your cards in store or once you have shipped the cards to us via the account number stated on the PSA submission form. Once we have your cards we will issue an invoice for you to pay.
Cut Off Times
Deadline to receive cards is the last Friday of every month.
Please allow 7-10 days for cards to be processed and shipped to PSA
PSA Upcharges
When submitting cards with PSA, each service level has a Max Graded Value. PSA determines this value using multiple data sources for sales. If your card exceeds this value once graded, PSA will apply an "upcharge"
The upcharge is calculated as the difference between the cost of your chosen service and the cost of the service it should have been submitted. Please note that our dealer discounted prices do not apply to upcharges.
Return of Cards
Once the cards are graded and returned back to Pokekartoues, we will prepare them to be returned to you. We will contact you regarding shipping back to you or pick up from store.
